Fruit Pizza – A Surprising Sweet Treat
Have you ever attended a party where your dish was the “hit”?
Seriously… where everyone is going back for seconds and coming up to you
asking what is in it.
This is THE RECIPE.
Easy… Full of Fruit… Round like a Pizza…
Yes, it’s a Fruit Pizza!
Who would have thought a pizza full of fruit would be such a surprising sweet treat?
It’s also full of great color for any celebration, but especially colorful for the Fourth of July.
Do you want to be the HIT with this surprising sweet treat?
Good! You’ve come to the right place…
Here is the easy recipe,
just for you!
FRUIT PIZZA
Ingredients:
Refrigerated Sugar Cookie Dough
8 oz. Cream Cheese
1/2 c. Sugar
1 tsp. Vanilla
Fruit
Roll out refrigerated cookie dough on to a round nonstick pizza pan.
This will look just like a pizza crust rolled out except not doughy in
consistency. Bake as directed on cookie dough package.
(Dough is thinner rolled out into this shape,
adjust time to your oven and keep a good eye on the dough to avoid
burning).
Allow crust to cool.
Combine cream cheese, sugar and vanilla.
Spread evenly on cookie crust.
Top with your favorite fruit.
Done!
Easy, right?
Now that you have the perfect recipe, I hope you all have a wonderful Fourth!
If you live in Georgia you know it is raining everywhere today.
Many activities, parades, and fireworks are canceled.
I hear rain is expected all weekend.
Don’t let the rain stop you from having some fun!
If you live in the Atlanta area,
you may want to check out The Queen of Hearts in Alpharetta tomorrow.
Remember The Queen of Hearts?
You can read my post about it here…
They are having an awesome 15 Year Celebration Party
starting at 4pm tomorrow, July 5th.
It sounds like so much fun!
The icing on the cake?
15 people are going to walk away with $100 gift certificates to use in the store.
I can’t attend, but would love one of YOU to win one of these certificates.
There is going to be entertainment, food, and lots of fun.
Not only are they offering this great party to all of their shoppers,
they are also supporting the North Fulton Community Charities and ask that you bring in a can of food as a donation.
See how you can be entered in the raffle for the gift certificate
and get more information by visiting the Queen’s Facebook Page here.
Have a safe Fourth and a wonderful weekend!
Enjoy!
